1. Who we are and acceptance
Clicks & Go is a technology price-comparison platform (laptops, monitors, peripherals, printers and more) operating worldwide. By accessing or using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms do not limit or replace the non-waivable rights granted to you by the consumer laws of your country of residence: in case of conflict, those rights prevail.
2. What we do (and what we don't)
Clicks & Go compares prices and deals published by third-party stores and marketplaces, and links to them. What we are NOT: • We are not a store: we do not sell products, process payments or handle shipping. • We are not a party to your purchase: when you buy, the contract is between you and the destination store. • We are not representatives or agents of the stores or brands listed.
3. Affiliate links (disclosure)
We participate in affiliate programs (e.g. Amazon Associates, Awin, CJ Affiliate, MercadoLibre). When you click "Buy" and complete a purchase at the destination store, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Our commitments: • The commission does not change the price you pay. • The existence or size of a commission does not alter scores (deal score) or result ranking, which are computed from technical price and product criteria. • Every buy button is accompanied by an affiliate-link notice. As an Amazon Associate, Clicks & Go earns from qualifying purchases.
4. Prices, availability and accuracy
Prices, discounts, availability and specifications shown come from the stores and may change without notice. We make a continuous, automated effort to keep information current, but: • The final price and valid conditions are ALWAYS those displayed by the store at the time of purchase. • A price, currency-conversion or availability error on Clicks & Go creates no right to demand that price. • Currency conversions are informational estimates based on reference exchange rates. If you spot an error, we appreciate a note to info@clicks-and-go.com.
5. User accounts
You can browse without an account. Favorites and price alerts require an account via Google, Microsoft, Facebook or an email sign-in link. You agree to: • Provide truthful information and keep it current. • Not create accounts for third parties without authorization, nor automated accounts. • Keep control of your email and sign-in providers: all activity from your session is considered yours. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to info@clicks-and-go.com (see the Privacy Policy for deletion timelines).
6. Price alerts and communications
Price alerts are an optional service you configure: we email you when a product reaches your target price. They are not third-party advertising. You can disable them anytime from your dashboard. Alert delivery depends on third-party services and we do not guarantee the price is still valid when you read it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to: • Perform bulk scraping, reverse engineering or unauthorized automated access to the site or its APIs. • Interfere with the service's operation (deliberate overload, limit evasion, code injection). • Use the service for unlawful activities or affiliate fraud (artificial clicks or purchases). • Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the site's content without written authorization. We may suspend or close accounts violating these rules, notifying you of the reason unless legally prevented.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design, software, original texts and scores are the property of Clicks & Go or its licensors. Trademarks, logos, product names and images of manufacturers and stores belong to their respective owners; they are used for identification and comparison purposes and do not imply sponsorship or corporate affiliation with Clicks & Go. You may freely share links to the site.
9. Purchases at third-party stores
Every purchase initiated from our links is governed by the destination store's terms, prices, shipping, warranty and return policies. Purchase claims (payments, deliveries, defective products, refunds) must be addressed to the store. Notwithstanding this, your consumer rights against the store are those of your country's laws.
10. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation: there may be maintenance, infrastructure outages or feature changes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of substantial changes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the law applicable in your country: • Clicks & Go is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the site. • We are not liable for the content, prices, stock or conduct of third-party stores. • Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service (the service is free, so in practice: zero), except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing above excludes or limits liability that the law of your country does not allow to be excluded (for example, willful misconduct, or non-waivable consumer rights).
12. Indemnity
You will hold Clicks & Go harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or the law, to the extent your country's legislation allows such clauses.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Clicks & Go operates worldwide. These Terms are construed under general principles of international contract law and, supplementarily, the law of the platform operator's domicile. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to bring claims before the courts or consumer authorities of your own country, where your legislation so provides. 14. Changes and contact
